Fake User Profile Generator
Generate a complete fake identity — name, email, avatar, address, phone, company — as a card or JSON, seeded and reproducible, entirely on this device.
Do it offline:$ python3 -m faker profile
How to use it
- Choose one of fifteen locales and a sex — any, female, or male. The locale shapes each field's script and region; sex governs only the name draw.
- Set a count from one to 1,000 — outside that range is refused, not clamped — then press Generate, or ⌘/Ctrl + Enter, for a fresh batch under a new seed. Card and JSON show the same people, never a new draw.
- Copy one field, download the batch as JSON, or Share a link that rebuilds the identical profiles.
Need a whole stand-in person — not just a name, but a full record? Pick a locale, a sex, and a count, and each profile arrives with a name, email, username, avatar link, phone, job title, company, and postal address, as a card or as JSON. Runs are seeded, so a shared link rebuilds the same people. Nothing you generate is uploaded.

]One complete profile as JSON. With sex = any the engine rolls a sex — female here — then fills the rest: email, username, avatar, phone, job, company, and address.

]A Japanese profile in native script: name, company, and address render in kanji and kana on the card, while the JSON keeps every character as UTF-8. Only the avatar stays a Latin URL.
Every example on this page is executed against the same engine that powers the tool, on every build.
Gotchas worth knowing
These profiles are not real people
Synthetic data — these profiles are fictional and identify no real person. Emails may use real domains, so never send to them; phone numbers and addresses are not real.
The avatar is a link, not an image the tool fetches
Each profile's avatar is a URL pointing at a third-party image host. Generating downloads none of them: the card draws a local initials monogram and keeps the URL as text, so a batch asks nothing of another server.
Whole records honor the locale's script and direction
In Arabic, Russian, Japanese, Chinese, and Korean the name, company, and address use the locale's own script; an Arabic card reads right-to-left while the page frame stays left-to-right, and the JSON keeps every code point.
Common errors
Names are capped at 1,000 per run in this browser tool — need more, run: node -e "const {fakerEN}=require('@faker-js/faker');for(let i=0;i<2000;i++)console.log(fakerEN.person.fullName())"- A thousand profiles is the per-run ceiling, sized to stay instant; past it the tool prints a Node one-liner rather than trimming your request. It still says names because this tool and the name generator share one identity engine.
Unknown locale "en_US". Supported locales: en, en_GB, es, fr, de, it, pt_BR, nl, ru, ja, zh_CN, ko, tr, pl, ar.- Fifteen locales are offered; a tampered or stale link naming one outside the set — en_US here, a real Faker locale but not one of our fifteen — is refused with the supported ids listed, so it fails loudly.
The name generator could not be loaded ("Failed to fetch dynamically imported module"). Check your connection, then reload the page and try again.- The profile data loads on your first Generate; if the network drops first you get this refusal with the cockpit untouched. The quoted reason is the browser's own load error, so its wording varies.
FAQ
Are these fake profiles safe to use for real accounts or contact?
No. Every field is fabricated to look plausible while matching no real person, so treat a profile as filler for demos and fixtures. The emails sit on real domains, so mailing one could reach a stranger.
What does each generated profile contain?
A name, sex, email, username, avatar URL, phone, job title, company, and a postal address of street, city, state, postal code, and country. For a single field, use the dedicated name and address tools.
Can I reproduce the exact same profiles later?
Yes — that is the seed's job. A locale, sex, count, and seed fully determine a batch, so Share encodes them; reopening the link rebuilds the identical people. Blank it and the page mints and shows one.
Why is the avatar a link instead of a picture?
The avatar field is a URL to a third-party image host, not a picture made here. Auto-loading it would hit another server every batch, so the card draws a local monogram and keeps the URL as copyable text.
